You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and authorized by your organization (e.g., a mortgage brokerage) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have such authority.

• Access to the Platform is provided through Single Sign-On (SSO) with BOSS or other approved methods.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Input personal client data without first obtaining all necessary consents.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or other users' use.

The Platform provides mortgage product and lender search, comparison, and related functionality. Features may evolve over time. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with or without notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the core functionality.

Our handling of personal information is governed by the Perfecti Technologies Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained appropriate consents from your clients before entering their information into the Platform.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform (including software, design, content, and trademarks) remain the property of Perfecti or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (including M3 BOSS). Your use of such services may be subject to additional terms and policies of those third parties. Perfecti is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform.
• You acknowledge that the Platform is a decision-support tool and does not constitute financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfecti and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;

arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) for use of the Platform during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfecti, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your failure to obtain required consents.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian laws.

We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
